Do I need a credit card?

You don’t need one.

What documents are needed to pick up a rented car?

ID card, driving license.

What is the minimum age for a driver?

Minimum 25 years and category B (country of origin Europe) driving license for at least 2 years.

Can there be more than one driver?

Yes. This is possible as long as the other driver meets the age and driving license requirements. It is not allowed to sublet or lend the car to third parties not included in the car rental agreement.

Is a deposit required when renting the car?

Yes. The deposit amount depends on the car category. For cars in the Small, Medium, and SUV categories, it is 300 EUR. For luxury cars, the deposit amount is determined individually based on the driver’s age.

Can I use inter-island ferries?

No. Our company is located and provides services only in Tenerife. In the event of a collision, break-in or theft of the car, it would prevent our assistance, which we guarantee to all customers on the spot. [/Vc_toggle]
