Do I need a credit card?
No, you don't. You can pay in cash for selected cars at our rental.
What documents do I need to collect a rented car?
ID card and driving licence.
What is the minimum age of the driver?
Minimum 25 years old, with category B driving licence (country of origin — Europe) held for at least 2 years.
Can there be more than one driver?
Yes, it is possible provided the second driver meets the age and driving licence experience requirements. Subleasing or lending the car to third parties not listed on the rental agreement is not permitted.
Is a deposit required for renting a car?
Yes. The deposit amount depends on the car category. For Small, Medium and SUV categories it is 300 EUR; for luxury cars the deposit is determined individually based on the driver's age.
How does the cancellation process work?
Cancellation is free of charge, however we require such notice from the customer at least three days before collecting the car. To cancel, please call us: +48 515 856 040.
Can I use the inter-island ferries?
No. Our company is located in and provides services only in Tenerife. In case of a collision, break-in or car theft, this would make it impossible for us to provide the on-site assistance we guarantee to all customers.
